Ordering Information

• All of our jewellery carries a 10 year guarantee in normal usage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  
• All solid 9ct, 14ct and 18ct designs are hallmarked by the Assay office. Silver jewellery is hallmarked according to weight.
• Most designs can be cast in 9ct rose, white & yellow gold, 14ct yellow gold and 18ct white and yellow gold.
• Please contact us for items marked as P.O.A
• Please note that all pieces quoted are for purchases made through this website. Prices at our stand throughout the year may differ.
• This site only shows a selection of our vast range of jewellery. Please feel free to call us on +44 (0) 1737 780548 for more information about our collection. Alternatively you can send us an email outlining the sort of jewellery you want and we will get back to you with what we can offer.
  

Postage & Packaging

• We charge a standard fee of £5.00 per item for postage and packaging.
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

2. Mail Order
   Simply print out and complete our order form. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Phoenix Design Ltd. Please enclose your payment and then post it to:

3. Online
   Shop around our site adding the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Then click Checkout to complete your order and make payment on our secure site. Please note that all online payments go through Paypal.

Returns & Refunds

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you should contact us within 14 days to discuss an exchange or refund.
